Here at the East bay shopping area its been very bad, homeless everywhere and strider security not here till 12:00pm. after they get here everything settles down but after they leave its chaos. we need the security officers here longer to help keep the peace.

On the 12th one the Strider Security members helped me change my tire, I didn't have the tools and every auto store was closed. I live at one of the apartment complexes this company patrols, and I always see the officers on duty at the top of their game. I have a good view of the common areas from my window and I often spot one of the officers enforcing the complex's policies. I've also noticed that in terms of preparedness, the officer on duty always keeps their vehicle nearby in case they need access to it in an emergency.
They are also very quick and professional in responding to calls and reports. I've only ever had to call security once in my year of living here, and the owner (Scott) was very professional, and the situation was resolved very quickly.
Just this morning I saw officer Chris handling an issue around the common area, and it's officers like him that make this little living space feel so safe in the heart of the city.

I hired Strider in February during my custody battle to check in on my son while he was with my ex wife. Even though it was pretty short notice the owner bent over backwards to work with me and even went down to work the job himself when no one else could cover. The owner worked closely with me to make sure they knew exactly what was expected and carried out the job exactly as I requested. They were up front about the cost every step of the way.
Strider is hands down the best security company I've ever dealt with. I was blown away by their professionalism. Even though I was a smaller client it never once felt like I was less important, from start to finish they treated my job as seriously as I felt it was.
I would highly recommend them for any size job, the owner, Scott Campbell, and his crew are personable, knowledgeable, and above all else professional security experts.

I left a very important notebook with vital information mistakenly at the gym where Strider Security patrols and works. I could not find my notebook and finally considered it a loss. Within 24 hours later I received a phone call from Hayden informing he had found my notebook and would be leaving it in a designated safe spot for me to get the following day. He was very kind and polite and nothing short of respectful. Very pleased with Strider Security, they have done an incredible job securing the apartment complex I live at. Every time I see one of them around they have a smile on their face. Never got a "wanna be a cop" "power trip/power hungry" vibe. Strider Security was contracted to provide patrol and security for our residential community. They have done an outstanding job! Their team is dressed professional, are competent, and have consistently patrolled each evening. I have personally met two of the security guards assigned to our neighborhood. Initially, they stopped to introduce themselves to our family and explain the hours they would be patrolling our neighborhood. Whenever we are outside, they stop to just say hi and ask how we are doing. I can't tell you how much more secure I feel when I see the Strider Security patrol car drive past my house several times each night. I know their team will truly watch out for my home and property. Strider security is the real deal! We had a problem in our condominium complex. Strider intervened making their presence known on the property. The problems changed. Our community is a safer, better place to live thanks to Strider! I recommend them and will use them again. Finding a security company can be tricky business. The last one we hired was expensive and we didn't see any results. It seemed they drove through once in a while and charged a lot. We like the folks at Strider and plan to have them back!
