Our Clients Sound Off...

There was a very severe homeless/vagrant issue at the property when the property was purchased... Along with cleaning up the trash, the security has also cleaned up thefts/shoplifting, assaults, vandalism, smoking in non-smoking areas, public drinking, illegal camping, drug use and drug distribution... The tenants have directly benefited from the cleaning up of the homeless/vagrant issue... Since then, I have received multiple complements from customers and employees on how well the property has been cleaned up and how much safer both customers and employees feel on the property and in the stores.
