During your application, a blank screen (no questions) may appear, due to your internet speed. Just wait a few seconds, then click anywhere on the screen, or wait until the next question appears. If nothing happens, and you're on a desktop and the application is in full screen mode, click the facing arrows at the top right of the application, and it will remove the full screen. This may facilitate moving to the next question. Do the reverse if the blank screen continues when in regular mode.
You should NOT lose your place in the application when switching from regular to full screen mode.
The application will NOT be completed until you see, and have clicked the SUBMIT button.
If the "SUBMIT" button doesn't click on your computer, try clicking to the right or to the left of the word "SUBMIT." You will see a big GREEN CHECK MARK when you've successfully submitted your application.
